2024 Absentee Ballot Information
For over 100 years, the Community Agreement has been the very bedrock of our local government. The Village consists of four sections: East, Central, Estates and West. Traditionally, candidates have run annually for election under the Community Agreement Party (CAP) line, designated by the Board of Elections.

This year, in a non-political and transparent way, the POAs put out a call for residents who wished to run for Village Trustee on the Community Agreement Party (CAP). Four residents sent in their resumes to become candidates.

On January 16, the four Property Owners Associations held a joint meeting to introduce the CAP slate of candidates: Judy Courtney, Vinny Muldoon, Bruce Torino and Jessica Tai. Although these trustee candidates hail from various parts of our village, they are expected to work for the greater welfare of the entire Village, while working closely with their respective POAs and their constituents, regardless of opinion or political affiliation.

Village elections will be held on Tuesday, March 19, noon to 9 p.m. at the Fieldhouse, St. Paul’s Complex. For information on Voting and Absentee Ballots, go to gardencitycap.org and click the “How To Vote” tab.
